The merchants can be found either in the starting area in Brightleaf, in the middle of Wintermist, or in the middle of the town located in Shadowdune. He can sell items that cost gold or shards. These items can range from low to mid-level tools and equipment, consumable convenience items like the Remote Bank Chest, materials to craft certain items, tags to change names of you or your follower, some bait for fishing, or even turn shards into candy to make it tradable to other players.

This merchant can also be used to sell items and make some money from them
