Miles Stone is an NPC who owns many unique pets. When you have reached the required level and have obtained the base pet you will be able to purchase these rare pets for yourself. These pets are for Milestones on skilling at level 100 and 120 respectively. These special versions of the skilling pets share levels with your existing base version so there is no need to re-grind.
After paying to unlock the pet you will have a server wide announcement to commemorate this achievement. Also after collecting all 7 golden and gemstone pet variations you will have an extra special announcement aswell.
All Milestone Pets have a 25% discount when purchased by Lonewolf players.
