This is an item used to catch fishes from different fishing spots all around Aros's land.
Using it to catch fishes gives exp to Fishing skill.
To use it, you need Baits in your inventory to catch Fishes

- Note: It doesn't show the actual speed. Just imagine there's timer and it resets everytime it counts the amount of time. Upon hitting the end of time the RNG(Random Number Generator) kicks in if you will be able to catch a fish or nothing.
