Anchovies are the very first obtainable fish in game. They can be obtained at level 1. This fish can be acquired by casting a fishing rod into bodies of water that indicate an 
Earthworm to fish at this fishing spot. Upon being caught, it gives you 10 exp in the Fishing skill.
Anchovies can be cooked resulting in a food that boosts your pet's damage.
Location
You can find Anchovies south of Brightleaf Forest at the Docks, and East of the Slime Field by the Lake.
